4. What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Most yoga classes are practiced barefoot. Supportive athletic shoes may be recommended for certain strength or fitness classes.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first visit to check in, tour the studio, and get settled. Late entry is not permitted once class has begun.

Consistency is more important than intensity. Begin with one or two classes per week and gradually add more as your body adjusts and your schedule allows.

Please speak with your healthcare provider before beginning a new movement program. Let your instructor know about any injuries, pregnancy, or physical limitations before class so appropriate modifications can be offered.
